Ingredients
– 500g ground turkey
– 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
– 1 can (400g) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the ground turkey. Cook until browned, mixing occasionally.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
