Ingredients
– 1 can of artichoke bottoms

– ½ cup grated cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Drain the artichoke bottoms and place them in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until they form a uniform mixture.
4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over each artichoke bottom. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
