Ingredients
500 ml water
4 Nespresso pods
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Chocolate shavings (for garnish, optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Method
Boil the water in a kettle or pot.
Place the Nespresso pods into the coffee machine and brew the coffee into a large cup.
Heat the milk in a saucepan until warm, then whisk until frothy.
Stir in sugar and vanilla extract into the brewed coffee.
Pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture. Add cocoa powder if desired, and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings or mint if you like.
