Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
500 g minced beef
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 cups pasta
Method
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion softens.
2. Stir in the minced beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Add the oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Stir in the pasta, cooking until al dente, following the instructions on the package.
