Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Combine until just blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then pour batter into a greased cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
