Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
200 g milk chocolate
200 g white chocolate
1 cup assorted candy (e.g., gummy bears, M&Ms, mini marshmallows)
1 cup pretzels, broken into pieces
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups popcorn, popped
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup candy corn
Method
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Combine popcorn, pretzels, candy, and nuts in a large bowl.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn blend and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt, and add candy corn on top.
