Ingredients
- 2 cups of pasta
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Black pepper to taste
Method
- Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add 1 cup of broccoli florets to the pot.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture. Put them back in the pot and stir in 1 cup of cherry tomatoes.
- Add garlic powder, dried oregano, grated cheese, and black pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
