Method
- In a medium bowl, mix together rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Divide the mixture into two jars or containers, sealing each with a lid.
- Place jars in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and soften.
