Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
– 1 tablespoon coffee (instant or brewed)
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon almond butter
– Ground cinnamon (for topping)
Method
1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, cocoa powder, instant coffee, almond milk, and maple syrup.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract and Greek yogurt until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture into four jars or containers and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
4. Seal the jars and refrigerate them overnight.
5. Before serving, drizzle almond butter on top and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
