Ingredients
– 500 g tater tots
– 6 large eggs
– 250 ml milk
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
– 1 cup diced bell pepper
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Grease a baking dish and layer the tater tots in the bottom.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in the cooked bacon, bell pepper, onion, and shredded cheese.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
