Ingredients
– 1 packet (500 g) frozen tater tots
– 8 eggs
– 300 ml milk
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 200 g cooked bacon, chopped
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1/2 cup chopped green onions
– 1/2 cup diced capsicum
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until mixed.
3. Spread the tater tots evenly in a baking dish.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots, then add the bacon, cheese, green onions and capsicum on top.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
