Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 4 medium potatoes, chopped

– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 2 green chilies, chopped
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup water
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard and cumin seeds, cooking until they start to pop.
3. Stir in the chopped potatoes and cauliflower.
4. Mix in turmeric, garam masala, salt, and green chilies.
5. Pour in water, cover the pan, and simmer for about 15 minutes until vegetables are soft.
