Ingredients
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 cup icing sugar
– 2-3 tbsp water
– 12 chocolate chips
– Red food coloring or gel
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a donut pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, sugar, and baking powder.
3. Add the vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
5. Mix the icing sugar with water to form a thick glaze. Decorate each donut by placing a chocolate chip in the center. Use red food coloring to create creepy effects around the eyes.
