Ingredients
– 1 ¼ cups plain flour
– ¼ cup cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– ½ tsp baking soda
– ½ tsp salt
– 1 cup sugar
– ½ cup milk
– ½ cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
2. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until mixed.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Blend until everything is well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
