Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is combined and smooth.
4. Divide the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating.
