Ingredients

– 450 g of steak, cut into small pieces
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tsp of chili powder
– 1 tsp of cumin
– 2 cans (400 g each) of mixed beans, drained
– 400 g can of diced tomatoes
– 250 ml of beef broth
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
2. Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, mixed beans, and beef broth. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
5. Let the chili simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
