Ingredients
– 500 g steak, diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 400 g can black beans, drained
– 400 g can kidney beans, drained
– 400 g can pinto beans, drained
– 400 g can diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 500 ml beef broth
Method
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced steak and cook until browned.
2. Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Add the black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
4. Mix in the chili powder, cumin, and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally before serving.
