Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 100 ml hot sauce
- 60 ml melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
3. Mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl.
4. Coat the chicken drumsticks in the sauce and place them on the prepared baking tray.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
