Spicy Andhra Style Beans Vepudu Recipe With Sesame Mix

Ingredients
200 g green beans
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 dried red chilies
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing

Method
Cut the green beans into small pieces.
In a dry pan, toast sesame seeds until golden, then set them aside.
Add oil to the same pan and heat it.
Fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dried red chilies until they pop.
Stir in the cut green beans, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until beans are tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and the toasted sesame seeds.
