Ingredients
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– ½ cup vegetable oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and sour cream until combined.
3. Add in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir together until smooth.
4. Next, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Finally, pour in the vegetable oil and mix gently. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
