Ingredients
500 g all-purpose flour
350 ml warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
60 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp melted butter
Sesame seeds
Method
1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture, vegetable oil, and vinegar. Mix until combined.
3. Cover the bowl with a clean towel. Allow the dough to rise in a warm area for about 1 to 2 hours, until it doubles in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a baking tray. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on the tray. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Let the rolls cool on a wire rack.
