Soft Chocolate Cranberry Cookies: Delicious Holiday Treat Recipe

Ingredients

– 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
– 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
– 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
– 2 large eggs
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup (50 g) cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup (150 g) dried cranberries

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
4. Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until everything is just combined, then fold in the cranberries.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm. Allow cooling on a wire rack.
