Ingredients

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup brown sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 cup dried cranberries

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until smooth and creamy.
3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in the cranberries.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set. Let them cool before serving.
