Ingredients
– 500g frozen tater tots
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon dried dill
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking tray in a single layer.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the tater tots. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
4. While they bake, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley, and hot sauce in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
5. Serve the crispy tater tots with the yogurt ranch dip on the side.
