Ingredients
– 600 g baby potatoes
– 200 g bacon, diced
– 200 g diced ham
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 red bell pepper, chopped
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Start by washing the baby potatoes and cutting them into halves.
2. Place the potatoes, diced bacon, ham, onion, and red bell pepper in the slow cooker.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mix.
4. Stir all the ingredients until combined well, then cover the cooker with the lid.
5. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover again until melted.
