Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower

Method
1. Start by chopping the cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot and add the cauliflower. Cook for about 10 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
3. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a blender. Add milk, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
4. Cook your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
5. Pour the sauce over the pasta, stir to combine, and serve warm.
