Ingredients
– 2 cups of spinach leaves
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 green chilies, sliced
– 1 teaspoon of grated coconut
– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter.
3. Next, toss in the chopped onion and green chilies, cooking until the onions are soft.
4. Stir in the turmeric powder and spinach leaves, cooking for about 5 minutes or until the leaves are wilted.
5. Finally, mix in salt, grated coconut, and lemon juice. Serve warm.
