Ingredients
– 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
– 1/4 cup celery, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 450 g diced tomatoes (canned)
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 4 cups cooked rice
Method
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Bring this mixture to a simmer.
3. Add the shrimp and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the shrimp mixture over cooked rice.
