Ingredients
- 500 g carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced carrots to the skillet. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt, sugar, and black pepper over the carrots. Mix well.
- Continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the carrots are tender.
- Add butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir everything together and serve.
