Gulkand Pomegranate Juice Recipe
Ingredients
– 2 cups pomegranate seeds
– 1 cup water
– 2 tablespoons gulkand
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
– Ice cubes (for serving)
Method
1. Start by placing pomegranate seeds in a blender. Add the water to help with blending.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides.
3. Strain the juice through a fine sieve into a bowl, using a spoon to press down on the pulp.
4. Mix in gulkand and lemon juice. If you prefer it sweeter, add sugar and stir until everything is well combined.
5. Serve the juice over ice cubes in glasses. Enjoy fresh and chilled.
