Ingredients
250 ml vegetable oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup parsley, chopped
Method
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Mix in the tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Finally, add the cooked rice and parsley. Stir well and heat through.
