Ingredients
– 2 raw mangoes
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon black salt
– 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
– 2 tablespoons mint leaves
– Lemon juice from 1 lemon
– 2 cups cold water
– Ice cubes
Method
1. Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and boil them in water until soft.
2. Once cooled, peel the mangoes and extract the pulp into a bowl.
3. Add sugar, black salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder, mint leaves, and lemon juice to the mango pulp.
4. Mix everything well, then dilute with 2 cups of cold water. Stir until combined.
5. Serve in glasses with ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
