Method
1. Begin by cutting the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Chop the cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bowl with the avocado.
3. Finely chop the fresh dill and parsley, then mix them into the salad.
4. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Toss everything gently until well combined. Serve the salad fresh.
