Method
1. Start by peeling and segmenting the grapefruits. Remove any seeds and set the segments aside.
2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Slice the avocado into pieces.
3. Chop the red onion into thin slices. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, grapefruit segments, avocado slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
5. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle this dressing over the salad and toss gently.
