Method
1. Start by adding the miso paste, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and soy sauce into a bowl.
2. Whisk everything together until the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Next, pour in the olive oil and sesame oil while continuing to whisk the dressing.
4. Stir in the grated ginger and minced garlic until well combined.
5. Taste the dressing and adjust it with salt and pepper. If you like, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
