Ingredients
– 500 g cooked chicken, shredded
– 300 g broccoli florets
– 1 can (400 ml) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the shredded chicken and broccoli to the bowl. Stir until everything is combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until bubbling and golden brown on top.
