Ingredients
– 2 cups water
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 300g chicken breast, sliced thinly
– 1 packet instant ramen noodles
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 2 boiled eggs, halved
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Method
1. Boil the water in a large pot over high heat.
2. Add the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic once the water is bubbling.
3. Put in the chicken slices and cook for 5 minutes until they are no longer pink.
4. Stir in the ramen noodles and frozen mixed vegetables. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve the ramen in bowls. Top each bowl with boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and drizzle with sesame oil.
