30-Minute Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
300 g spaghetti
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
¼ cup parsley, chopped
50 g grated parmesan cheese
Method
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water following the package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Stir in the shrimp, red pepper flakes, and cook for around 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and toss it with the shrimp mixture in the skillet.
Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
