Ingredients
1 kg sirloin steak
15 ml olive oil
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
240 ml beef broth
15 ml soy sauce
5 ml Worcestershire sauce
5 ml smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Cut the sirloin steak into large chunks and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
2. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Heat the olive oil.
3. Add the steak pieces and brown them on all sides. Remove the steak and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until softened.
5. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine, then return the steak to the pot. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
