Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of mixed berries
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of yogurt
¼ cup of chopped nuts
1 banana, sliced
A pinch of salt
Method
Start by bringing the milk to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan.
Add the rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the mixture is thick, remove it from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Serve the oats in bowls, topped with yogurt, mixed berries, sliced banana, and chopped nuts.
