Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, diced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 bell pepper, chopped
– 1 zucchini, sliced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup cooked pasta
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken. Cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for another 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
4. Mix in the cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Combine the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together and serve hot.
