Quick 30-Minute Skillet Lasagna Recipe – Easy & Delicious!

Ingredients

– 300 g of minced beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 400 g of canned crushed tomatoes
– 2 cups of water
– 9 lasagna sheets (no-cook)
– 250 g of ricotta cheese
– 2 cups of shredded cheese
– 2 tsp of Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the meat is browned and onion is soft.
2. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and water. Stir everything together, then add the Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Break the lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and stir them into the mixture. Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and dollop the ricotta cheese on top. Then sprinkle the shredded cheese over everything.
5. Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles.
