Method

3. Stir in the Arborio rice and paprika, mixing well for a few minutes.
4. Gradually pour in the seafood stock, stirring occasionally, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Combine mixed seafood and frozen peas into the pan. Continue cooking until the seafood is cooked through and rice is tender.
