Ingredients

– 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– Parchment paper
Method
1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the lined dish.
4. Sprinkle berries, granola, nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds on top.
5. Freeze for about 4 hours or until solid. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
