Ingredients
– 1 cup of plain yogurt
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 cup of mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
– 1 cup of granola
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 pinch of salt
– Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth.
2. Layer half the yogurt mixture at the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses.
3. Add a layer of mixed berries and a sprinkle of sliced banana on top of the yogurt.
4. Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture, berries, and banana slices.
5. Finish by adding chia seeds and granola on top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
