Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease an oven-safe dish.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter over medium heat until melted. Stir occasionally.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, flour, raisins, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add the warm milk mixture while mixing well.
4. Pour this mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
