Pork Roulade Recipe With Prosciutto And Mushrooms: A Delicious Guide

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
100 g prosciutto
250 g mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
200 ml chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened. Stir in mushrooms and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender and moisture evaporates.
3. Take the pork loin and lay it flat. Place prosciutto slices on top, then add the mushroom mixture evenly. Roll it up tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
4. In the same pan, sear the rolled pork on all sides until browned. Transfer it to a baking dish. Pour chicken broth around the pork.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
