Ingredients
500g pizza dough
200ml pizza sauce
300g mozzarella cheese, grated
150g pepperoni slices
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Shape it into a large circle or rectangle.
3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top, followed by pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
