Method
1. Start by washing the arugula thoroughly and place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Add the sliced persimmon and pomegranate seeds on top of the greens.
3. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together before serving.
