Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken thighs, skin-on
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice.
3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well in the spice mixture.
4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
